The following general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Cristiano Filippini Music Productions – Via Cecchi n°62 – 61121 Pesaro (PU) Italy – Tax Code FLPCST81C08490414 – VAT No. 02355490414, through the website www.cristianofilippini.com to consumer users.
These general terms and conditions shall take effect from the date of acceptance by the user, which constitutes full acceptance pursuant to Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code. Cristiano Filippini Music Productions reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions owns the trade name Cristiano Filippini Music Productions.
Purchase Process
By submitting an order, the Customer confirms the purchase and undertakes to comply, in their dealings with Cristiano Filippini Music Productions, with the general terms and conditions of sale described below, declaring that they have read and accepted all information provided to them.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Cristiano Filippini Music Productions via an automatic email reply sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will include an “order number” to be used in any subsequent communication with the company. The message will include all data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and to promptly notify any corrections required.
Each purchase will be accompanied by a proper invoice based on the details provided by the customer. All prices on the website are intended as retail prices and therefore inclusive of VAT. Prices may change without prior notice and the only valid price is that indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Once payment has been verified, Cristiano Filippini Music Productions will prepare the goods included in the order and hand them over to the courier.

When paying by bank transfer, goods will only be dispatched after the payment has been credited to our bank account. Customers are requested to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment. In the event of order cancellation, whether by the customer or due to non-acceptance by Cristiano Filippini Music Productions, the order will be cancelled and the reserved amount released (Cristiano Filippini Music Productions shall not be liable for any damages arising from the release of the reserved amount by the banking system).
Payment by credit card
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions accepts the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro). No surcharge will be applied for credit card payments, and transactions are secured through PayPal’s protected payment system. PayPal protects privacy and safeguards financial and personal data through advanced automatic encryption systems.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions ships its products via express courier. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday) between 8:30 and 18:30, with an estimated delivery time of 2/3 working days from order dispatch. Preparation times for each product are indicated directly on the relevant product page.

The courier will make the first delivery attempt without prior notice. If the customer is absent, the courier will leave a delivery notice (indicating the time of the attempt and the tracking number) and will retry delivery on the next working day. If the customer is absent again, they will be contacted directly by the courier for a third attempt. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the warehouse and the order will be cancelled. The goods will remain available for collection at the customer’s expense for 14 days.
If the packaging is damaged, the customer may accept the parcel but note on the delivery receipt that it is accepted with reservation, so that compensation may be sought immediately if damage is found upon opening. Alternatively, if the damage is visible without opening the parcel, the customer may refuse delivery without opening it.
Even if the packaging appears intact, the goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any anomalies must be reported to the store within five days of receipt.
Warranty and Right of Withdrawal
Warranty
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions offers the standard European two-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.
The 24-month warranty applies to products that exhibit a lack of conformity, provided the product has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions contained in the accompanying technical documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse or improper use.
A lack of conformity may be identified in the following cases:
- discrepancy between what was described and what was received at purchase
- functional defect
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have conformity restored free of charge through repair or replacement, in accordance with Article 130 of the Italian Consumer Code. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Cristiano Filippini Music Productions will remedy the lack of conformity as agreed.
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must retain the invoice or fiscal sales document sent with the product.
In the event of a lack of conformity, Cristiano Filippini Music Productions will restore the product’s conformity free of charge through repair or replacement, or where applicable, will cancel the contract. If, following assessment by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect is found not to constitute a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs required by the Authorised Service Centre.
Should Cristiano Filippini Music Productions be unable to provide the customer with a replacement product under warranty, it may, at its discretion, refund the amount paid or replace the product with one of equal or superior specifications.
When returning a product under warranty, the item must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation). Labels or adhesive tape must not be applied directly to the original product packaging. The product must be protected with wrapping paper and packaging suitable for transport.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person making purchases for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or who does not include a VAT number reference in the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide any explanation and without any penalty.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of custom-made or clearly personalised goods, or goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Art. 5, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree 185).
Returns
Returns of goods are not accepted without our prior written confirmation. We will be solely responsible for replacing products that have been proven to be non-conforming. If only one component of a composite product is found to be defective, the credit note will be issued for that component alone, and only for the cost of the product itself. No additional costs of any kind will be reimbursed. Any claims for defective goods must be notified in writing to our Customer Service department within 14 days of receipt of the goods, at info@cristianofilippini.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
The purchased item must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories).

Age Requirements
Users declare that they are of legal age under the legislation applicable to them. Under no circumstances may persons under the age of 13 use the Cristiano Filippini website.
Conditions for Receiving Deliveries
The User making a purchase through cristianofilippini.com also declares and warrants that the person who will receive the shipment of the purchased products is of legal age under the legislation applicable to that person.
Liability
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions accepts no liability for disruptions attributable to force majeure events such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the fulfilment of the contract within the agreed timeframe.
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions shall not be liable to any party or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to perform the contract for the reasons stated above; in such cases the consumer shall be entitled solely to a refund of the amount paid.
Cristiano Filippini Music Productions is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of credit cards, cheques or other means of payment when paying for purchased products.
At no point during the purchase process is Cristiano Filippini Music Productions able to access the buyer’s credit card number, which is transmitted directly to the banking service provider via a secure connection.
The consumer undertakes and agrees, once the online purchase process has been completed, to print and retain these general terms and conditions — which they will have already reviewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchasing process — as well as the specifications of the purchased product, in order to fully comply with the requirements of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
Purchasers are strictly prohibited from entering false, invented or fictitious data during the registration process required to initiate the fulfilment of this contract and related communications. Personal details and email addresses must be exclusively the user’s own real personal data and not those of third parties or fictitious persons.
It is expressly prohibited to create duplicate registrations corresponding to a single person, or to enter the details of third parties. Cristiano Filippini Music Productions reserves the right to pursue legal action against any violation or abuse, in the interest of and for the protection of all consumers.
The Customer releases Cristiano Filippini Music Productions from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect fiscal documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, for which the Customer alone is responsible for correct entry.
